To inform the Comission of the receipt of a license application.
Discussion:
Enclosed for the infornation of the Ccmission are copies of an applicati'on for a license for which Comission action will ultimately be necessary.
Osiris is a material testing, isoto;:e producticn reactor which has previously been using fully enriched (9,0%) uranium.
Copies of the application have been placed in the Public Document Room.
Ccmissioners are requested to advise the staff of any particular issues or infonnation which they can identify at this stage and which they wish included in the staff's analysis.
