ORDER SCHEDULING SPECIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE Pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.751a, on August 15, 1979 (ani on August 16, 1979, if necessary) beginning at 9:30 a.m.,
local time, a Special Prehearing Conference will be held in the City Council Chamber, Savanna City Hall, 101 Main Street, Savanna, Illinois 61074, in order to:
1.
Permit identification of the key issues in the proceeding; 2.
Take any steps cecessary for further identifica-tion of the issues ;
3.
Consider all intervention petitions to al'.ow the presiding officer to make such preliminary or final deternina-tions as to the parties to the proceeding as may be appropriate; and 4.
Establish a schedule for further actions in the proceeding.

Further, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.714(b), as amended, not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the holding of the Special Prehearing Conference, any person who filed a petition for leave to intervene shall file a supplement his petition to intervene which must include a list of contentions which petitiorer seeks to have litigated in the matter and the bases for each contention set forth with reasonable specificity.
Limited appearance statements will not be received at the above mentioned conf.rence, but will be received at any subsequent prehearing and/or at the beginning of the evi-dentiary hearing.
