Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a copy of a Stipulation agreed to by all the parties to this proceeding as a deposition limit which would protect the Lamosilis orbiculata, or pink muckett pearly mussel, from siltation during construction of the Hartsville diffuser.
Because of time limitations, it was agreea by the parties that the instant Stipulation would be signed by the NRC Staff for all parties. With leave of the Appeal Board, the NRC Staff will submit, at a later date, a copy of the Stipulaticn which was actually. signed by the respective counsel.
The words underlined in the enclosed document are the changes suggested by all parties to modify the non-underlined. wording which is contained in the present Monitoring Plan and Construction Permit.
