The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission. Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, has prepared an environmental impact appraisal in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 for the proposed amendment and has con-cluded that an environmental impact statement for this particular action is not warranted because there will be no environmental impact significantly af-fecting the quality of the human envi-ronment attributable to the proposed action. A negative declaration to this effect is appropriate.
The Environmental Impact Apprais-al dated December 1978, and the appil-cation for amendment dated March 9.
1978, are available for public inspec-tion at the Commission's Public Docu-ment. Room, 1717 H Street.
