In accordance with my letter of August 3,1979 which transmitted a Stipulation concerning a one-quarter-inch sedimentation deposition limit designed to protect the pink muckett pearly mussel, enclosed is an additional copy of that document which has been duly executed by counsel for all parties to this,
proceeding. The former copy had been signed by Staff Counsel for all parties '
in the interest of meeting the Appeal Board filing deadline set in ALAB-554.
The newly executed Stipulation may be substituted for the original document.
