ORDER DENYING IOWA PIRG'S MOTION DATED AUGUST 6, 1979 The motion by the Iowa Public Interest Research Group, Inc., et al. (Iowa PIRG) to defer the Special Prehearing Conference in the above matter, which has been set for Sep-tember 19, 1979 (and September 20, 1979, if necessary) or "to change second day of [said] conference" is denied.

This Order denying Iowa PIRG's motion is without preju-dice _to its right to renew at the Special Prehearing Conference on September 19, 1979, its motion to change the time of the second day of said conference if such a session is found to be'necessary.
