By pleading postmarked August 11, 1979, Intervenor Doherty filed an additional contention, numbered 41.
The contention raises the issue of the adequacy of water level indicators to be used at ACNGS, citing as basis, the experience -vith faulty indicators at TMI and Oyster Creek.
This is the same issue raised by Contention 49 of Tex Pirg which the Staff supports for litigation.
Therefore, the St ff recomends that Contention 41 submitted oy Mr. Doherty be consolidated with Contention 49 of Tex Pirg.
