Operating LicenseNPF-4 Addendum to Order Granting VEPCO's Motion for Summary Disposition 1
Through an oversight, VEPCO's motion for summary dispo-sition was incompletely described in the Board's Order granting the motion, dated August 24, 1979. Reference was omitted to the permissible supplement to VEPCO's motion under 10 CF R 52. 749('o), namely, VEPCO't Motion To Supplement Its Motion For Summary Disposition, dated July 19, 1979, tcgether with accompanying attachments. These attachments are as follows:
VEPCO's Supplemental Statement Of Material F acts As To Which There Is No G enuine Issue To Be Heard; affidavit of Lawrence A. Twisdale, Jr., together with his qualifications; and final report Tornado Missile Risk Analysis of the North Anna Nuclear Power Station Units 1 & 2 Spent Fuel Pool, to which Dr. Twisdale, one of the preparers of the report, attested to its truth and correctnes s.
An informational report entitled Tornado Missile Risk Analysis for the Electric Power Research Institute was noted as also being enclosed with VEPCO's Motion To Supplement.
- 2. The foregoing supplement to VEPCO's motion for summary disposition pertains to VEPCO's treatment of the Missile Accidents contention i12~ m 67Q 78' 5

, and occasions no change of the Board's determination as stated at para-graph 26 of the Board's Order Granting VEPCO's Alotion for Summary Disposition. Potomac Alliance offered nothing to place any material fact regarding the Alissile Accidentscontention into a genuine issue.
