The fiRC Staff has received a copy of your petition on behalf of the Dauphin County Commissioners to intervene in the Three Mile Island Unit 1 p.oceeding. The present parties to the proceeding have also been informed by Chairman Smith of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Coard that Dauphin County wishes to participate as an interested county pursuant to 10 C.F.i.
62.715(c) of the Commission's regulations.
