Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Board is considering scheduling a hearing for October 26, 1979 in order that it can question the Staff with regard to the submission of July 13, 1979, wiserein the Staff had responded to questions posed by the Board in its letter of March 29, 1979.
Before formally scheduling this hearing, we request that the following infomation be furnished.
Does the Staff have any issuances or supplements thereto which are to be tendered as exhibits? Are there any further matters which should be presented to the Board before the record is formally closed - e.g. TMI-2 related matters?
