I'm writing to urge the Commission to grant full intervenor status to Mr.
Marvin Lewis in the referenced re-licensing hearings. Mr. Lewis command of the technical and engineering parameters relevant to the re-licensing of this facility is exceptional. Further, Mr Levis has, in the past thirteen months of our working acquaintance on nuclear issues, demonstrated a firm committment to realizing energy practices that are safe, clean and reliable.
I strongly believe his participation with full intervenor status in this critical re-licensing is essential to ensure a decision based on equity and integrity. Thank you for considering this plea from one of the referenced generating facility'-s unfortunate neighbors.
