ORDER (August 20,1979)
On August 8,1979 the NRC Staff filed a Motion For Extension Of Time which requested a fourteen (14) day extension of time from August 10 to August 24, 1979 within which to file its proposed partial findings of fact.
Having shown good cause and there being no objection, the instant Motion is granted.
Further, Applicant's time within which it may respond to Staff's partial findings is extended from August 22 to September 4,1979.
