APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION License No. CPPR-162 Tean'essee Valley Authority Phipps Bend, Unit I l'ased on the NRC inspection July 31 through August 3, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance withThes NRC requirements as indicated below.
