The only marginal one is Calvert Cliffs ar.d the ball is in the licensees court.
Status as of September 4,1979 All initial fire. protection SER'I issued except:

Calvert Cliffs 1/2 e sent to PM on 5/15/79 with 48 requirements e licensee comitted to 43 requirements e SER being revised to incorporate new committments e resolution of 5 remaining requirements not clear e licensee may come in to appeal next week 2.
Surry 1/2 e sent to PM on 8/24/79 with all requirements resolved e consultant's report given to PM on 8/31/79 with Appendix B e no further PSB action e implementation dates being negotiated with licensee by PM e if implementation dates settled by 9/5/79 (likely) then SER expected to be issued by 9/21/79 3.
