kncwn as the Atninistrative Code of 1929, as a:mnded by the Act of July 9,1976 (P.L. 903, No.161) to represent the interests of consms before any court or agency in connection with any matte.r involving regulatien by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Ccrr.ission or corresponding regulatory agency of the United States, hereby petitions for leave to participate in the above-captioned proceeding. In sup;crt of this petition the Const:rer Mvocate represents the following:

3. 'Iha Consumer Myocate seeks to participate as m agency of the Cbrmcmealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S2.715(c) .
