SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DIESEL GENT.RATOR FIELD RELAY COIL (K1) FAILURLS - NCR 15P - FIRST INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector W. T. Cottle on August 27, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Enclosed is our first interim report. We expect to submit our next report before fuel loading in unit 1.
