Dear Ms. Hearne:
Your letter of August 13, 1979, requested:
- A copy of all NRC Branch Technical Positions (BTPs)
- A copy of all other existing regulatory staff positions (excluding Regulatory Guides)
- Advisement of all formal actions of the NRC Regulatory Requirements Review Comittee.
In response to your requests, please be advised of the following:
- All Branch Technical Positions (BTPs), including those listed in your letter, are contained in the NRC Standard Review Plan, which is periodically updated to include all revisions and additions. Copies of the Standard Review Plan are available from the National Technical Information Service, Springfield, Virginia 22161. The domestic price is $70.00 including all changes (revisions and new sections) issued during the first year. Annual subscriptions for changes alone are $30.00. The subscription for the Standard Review Plan and for any changes carries an accession number NTISUB/B/201, and automatically adds your name to the distribution list.
- Minutes of meetings of the Regulatory Requirements Review Committee are placed in the public document room, and a notice of the meeting is published in the FEDERAL REGISTER. Copies of the minutes are available to the public at a charge of eight cents a page upon request to the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C. 20555.
For your infomation, the last three meetings (Nos. 81, 82 and 83) were held on January 2, February 13, and June 22, 1979.
