EXPENDITURES AND C0f'MITMEtlTS WISCONSlil UTILITIES PROJECT HAVEH UUCLEAR PLANT DOCKET 05-CE-3 We submit herewith the monthly report of information with respect to expenditures and comitments in connection with the Wisconsin Utilities' proposed Haven Nuclear Plant. This report is submitted in accordance with your instructions of Septenber 16, 1977 and Mr. C. F. Riederer's supplementary instructions of September 29, 1978, and reflects the accounting action taken by Wisconsin Electric as a result of the Commission's order of March 2,1979, in Docket CA-5491.
