Please note that Section 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 71 was amended October 18, 1977 to require as a condition of the general dicense provisions an approved quality assurance (QA) program.

In that you did not file a QA program by January 1,1979, the authorization to deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport under Section 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 7! has terminated. Accordingly, we have deleted you as a user of all NRC approved package designs.

It will be necessary for you to obtain an approved QA program prior to the registration as a package user or the delivery of licensed material to a carrier for transport pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71.
