-260, -296, -327 - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 AND SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 In response to your July 26, 1979, letter which transmitted IE Bulletin 79-16, we have evaluated each item under Action to be Take; by Licensee.

Enclosed is our response to each of these items for the Brom a Ferry Nuclear Plant.

Similar procedures and actions to comply with IE Bulletin 79-16 will be implemented at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant subsequent to receipt of the operating license.

Our response contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790.

We, therefore, request that the enclosed response not be placed in the Public Document Room.
