Dear Mr. Rawl:
By application dated July 25, 1979, Tech Ops Corporation requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9021 for the Model 750 package. The application also requested that the package design be issued an IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority as a Type B(u) package.
Based upon our review of the application, we have concluded that the package (Model 750) authorized by NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9021 meets the IAEA requirements for Type B(u) packages.
