FINDING OF "N0 SIGNIFICANT CHANGES" PURSUANT TO WP-2 OPERATING LICENSE ANTITRUST REVIEW Purcose:
To inform the Comission of a completed staff action.
Discussion:
Pursuant to the procedures approved by the Commission in July 1979, I am transmitting to you my finding that no significant changes have occurred since the construction permit antitrust review with respect to the application by Washington Public Power Supply System to operate their WP-2 (Hanford 2) nuclear power plant.

As provided in the procedures approved by the temisaion, a copy of my finding will be published in the geral, Reoister together with a notice stating that a request for reevaluation of the proposed determinatfort shtu'ld be, submitted within 60 days of the publication of the notice.
Coordination:
This finding was concurred in by the Office of the Executive Legal Director. A copy of this finding will be forwarded to the Federal Recister for publication.
