Grand Gulf Nuclear Station File 0260/1552/15525 IE Bulletin 79-07 Ref.: Letter from MP&L to NRC (AECM-79/56, dated 5/29/79), Evaluation of IE Bulletin 79-07 AECM-79/ 75 The referenced letter forwarded'our partial response to NRC Bulletin 79-07. As stated therein, the letter did not include complete information for piping analyzed by the Sub-suppliers of our Architect Engineer (Bechtel Power Corporation).
Since we have now been supplied with all of the requir-ed information, we are providing a complete response to the Bulletin. Our response is numbered the same as the bulletin item numbers.
The computer codes that have been used by dechtel Power Corporation and their Sub-supplier in the seismic stress analysis of safety related pi-ping are:

The computer programs listed above have been verified as follows:
(a) ME 632 has been verified using PIS,L, PIPESD and TPIPE (b) ME 101 has been verified using ME 632, TPIPE and SUPERPIPE (c)
SUPERPIPE has been verified using PISOL, NUPIPE, PIPESD, ADLPIPE, and ME 101 (d)
PIPESD has been verified using ANSYS and ADLPIPE (e)
SAP IV has been verified using ADLPIPE and PIPESb 4.
