ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCI, is revised to read as follows:
" ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance under this contract is from September 10, 1979 through January 28, 1983."
B.
ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENTS, is revised to read as follows:
" ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENTS In full consideration of the Contractor's presentation of the General Course of Instruction in Welding Technology and Codes, September 10, 1979 through September 21, 1979, NRC shall pay the Contractor the sum of $13,748.00 in accordance with Article 7, of the General Provisions, entitled " Payments."
C.
ARTICLE V - KEY PERSONNEL, is revised to include the addition of the names of the following individuals:
William L. Green Roy B. McCauley David G. Howden William L. Ballis D.
AP.TICLE VI - TECHNICAL DIRECTION AND AbiHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE, is revised to include the addition of the name of the following individual:
"Edwin F. Fox, Jr., of the NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement is the Authorized Technical Representative under this contract."
E.
A new ARTICLE VIII is added as follows:
" ARTICLE VIII - OPTION OF ADDITIONAL COURSES This contract has an option for the presentation of additional courses in General and Refresher Courses in Helding Technology and Codes as described in ARllCLE I - STATEMENT OF WORK.
The consideration to be provided the Contractor for performance of the work set forth in this option shall be $13,748.00 per course presented through January 28, 1983, in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated July 20, 1979.
This option shall be exercised by the Contracting Officer who will provide notice of same to the Contractor in writing sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date for presentation of the course.
