The following Certificates of Compliance expire as noted:
Certificate of Expiration Compliance Model Date 9027 741 & 741E 01/31/80 9028 684 & 684E 01/31/80 9029 676 & 676E 01/ 31/00 9032 650 01/31/80 9035 680 & 680E 02/28/80 If you desire to continue use of these packages, submit a consolidated application for renewal for Certificates 9029 and 9032 and request renewal of the existing approvals for Certificates 9027, 9028, and 9035.
Eight copies of the application and eight sets of the drawings should be provided for each certificate to be renewed.
In addition, the renewal fee prescribed in 10CFR 3170.31 should be included with your request for renewal of each certificate.
This notice of the expiration of these certificates is sent for your convenience, and it should not be interpreted that similar notices will be sent in the future.
