10 CFR Part 71 Q.A. Program
Dear Mr. Fonderburg:
As we discussed today I am enclosing a copy of all communications I have received from Mr. Charles E. MacDonald of the NRC along with HUICO, Inc.'s responses.
It is my understanding that you feel HUICO, Inc. is not required to submit a 10 CFR Part 71 Q.A. Program to the NRC, since HUICO, INC.'s license to use radioactive materials is with the State of Idaho and not the PRC.
You have told me that you will "take it from here" and will work with the NRC in this matter.
In order that Mr..MacDonald is aware of what is taking place a copy of this letter is being sent to him.
Please advise me of your progress in this matter and if I can be of any further help let me know.
