A.
ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, is revised to rend as follows:
" ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance under this contract is from September 10, 1979 through September 30, 1982."
B.
ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, is revised to read as follows:
" ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT In full consideration of the Contractor's presentation of th6 following courses, NRC shall pay the Contractor the sums delin-eated below in accordance with Article 7 of the General Provisions entitled ' Payments.'
A.
Refresher NDE Course (September 10-14, 1979) - $4,650.00 B.
General NDE Course (October 15-November 2,1979) - $11,000.00 C.
Refresher NDE Course (January 21-25,1980) - $5,000.00 Payment shall be made on a per course basis at the completion of each course."
C.
ARTICLE IV - PRIVATE USE AND PROTECTION OF UNCLASSIFIED GOVERNMENT INFORMATION is deleted in its entirety.
D.
ARTICLE V - KEY PERSONNEL, is revised to include the addition of the names of the following individuals:
Charles W. Donnelly Heal H. Kane Edwin Y. Martindale E.
ARTICLE VI - TECHNICAL DIRECTION AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE, is revised to include the addition of the name of the following individual:
"Edwin F. Fox, Jr., of the NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement, is the Authorized Technical Representative under this contract."
F.
ARTirLE VII - GENERAL PROVISIONS, the following change is made:
Delete Article 37 of the General Provisions entitled " Patent Indemnity."

A new ARTICLE VIII is added as follows:
" ARTICLE VIII - PROTECTION OF CONTRACTOR'S COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL It is agreed that no rights are granted by the Contractor in any material copyrighted by the Contractor and delivered under this contract, and the Contractor retains the exclusive right with respect to such copyrighted material to reproduce, prepare deriva-tive works, distribute copies, perform, display, and to authorize others to do so."
H.
A new ARTICLE IX is added as follows:
" ARTICLE IX - OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL COURSES This contract has an option for the presentation of additional courses in General and Refresher Courses in Non-Destructive Examinations as described in ARTICLE I - STATEMENT OF WORK.
The consideration to be provided the Contractor for performance of the work set forth in this option shall be in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated April 20, 1979, as follows:
A.
Refresher NDE Course (July, 1980) - $5,000.00 B.
General NDE Course (October, 1980) - $12,100.00 C.
Refresher NDE Course (October, 1980) - $5,500.00 D.
Refresher NDE Course (September, 1981) - $5,500.00

General NDE Course (October, 1981) - $13,300.00 F.
Refresher NDE Course (January, 1982) - $6,050.00 G.
Refresher NDE Course (March, 1982) - $6,050.00 H.
Refresher NDE Course (September, 1982) - $6,050.00 This option shall be exercised by the Contracting Officer who will provide notice of same to the Contractor in writing sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date for presentation of the course.
It is expressly understood and agreed by the parties hereto that regardless of custom and usage in administration of this contract, only the Contracting Officer may give notice exercising the option as prescribed by this ARTICLE."
