This is in reply to your undated letter written to Mr. Jan Strasma at Glen Ellyn, Illinois, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of

Information Act, documents filed at the recent public hearings in Ci'ncinnati on the Zimmer nuclear power plant, by all workers of the plant relating to safety hazards surrounding plant construction, and responses to charges by Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company officials.
This confirms that in a telephone conversation with you on September 12, 1979, Mr. Frank W. Karas cf this office informed you that the information you requested can be found in the transcripts of the hearings on the Zimmer Flant held from May to August 1979.
Copies of these transcripts are on file in Docket No. 50-358 at the following two locations where they are available for inspection and copying:
