Complete Enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch input to the Sa'ety Evaluation Report on Philadelphia Electric Company's (PECO) proposed change to the Technical Specifications for Peach Bottom Units 1 and 2.
We have reviewed the issue of spent fuel cooling as it is discussed in PEC0's submittal in support of the proposed change. We find that this Technical Specification (3.10 E) is not necessary and should be deleted.
This completes PSB, Section B's effort on the above TAC tasks.
