This is in response to your letter dated July 30, 1979 transmitting a minor page change to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
We have determined that this revis 01 is in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c) in that it does :ot decrease the effectiveness of your MC&A program, and that it will not endanger the common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, License Condition 2.1 of Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM 23 is hereby revised, effective immediately, to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan submitted January 23, 1975, as revised according to the schedule of revisions dated August 15, 1979, and as amended in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have established that the attachments to your letter dated culy 30, 1979 contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such i.qformation is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
