This is in response to your letter of August 13, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all material ~
relating to any NRC findings or current investigations concerninh General Electric Company's violation of any law or regulation administered by the NRC.

Zamansky of my staff, you have agreed to limit the scope of your rcquest to documents located at thr JRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC and the enclosed documents.
The documents located at the PDR are available for public inspection and copying at eight cents (30.08) per page.
The following PDR dockets, a,mong others, contain information subject to your inquiry about the General Electric Company:
(1) 70-1308 Morris Fuel Reprocessing, Morris, Illinois; (2) 70-1113 Wilmington, North Carolina; (3)70-951 San Jose, California; (4)70-754 San Jose, California.
These dockets provide the bulk of the information subject to your request.
Enclosure number one consists of two documents concerning civil penalties involving the General Electric Company.
