Dear Ms. Rorem:
This will confirm our meeting scheduled for August 28, 1979, at 7:00 P.M.
at-the Holiday Inn (Room 125), Highway 47, Morris, Illinois, to discuss the contentions you have proposed in this proceeding.
As indicated during our recent phone conversation, I will be accompanied by Mr. Stuart Treby and Mr. Fleming Empson, the Staff's Safety Project Manager responsible for the review of the GE application.
In addition, it is expected that counsel for GE, Mr. Ronald W. Szwajkovski and Mr. Edward Firestone, accompanied by Mr. David Dawson of GE, will attend our meeting.
As I stated in our conversation, another meeting may be required in our efforts to reach an agreement on contentions and we agreed that Septe=ber 18 or 19, 1979 would be convenient dates to hold that meeting. During our meeting on August 28, we can further discuss this schedule.
