Gentlemen:
During the month of July 1979 Tex-La Electric Cooperative, Inc., has responded to the First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents proffered by Texas Utilities Generating Company ("TUGCO") and Houston Lighting and Power Company ("HL&P"),
in the above-referenced matter.
Additionally, depositions were taken of Mr. Robert M. Gross, Jr., and Mr. O. Franklin Rogers, Southern Engineering Company of Georgia, by TUGCO and HL&P.
Mr.
H. Elridge Striedel, representa-tive of the Sam Houston Electric Cooperative, Inc., a Tex-La member cooperative, was also deposed by TUGCO and HL&P.
During the month of July, Tex-La did not initiate any dis-covery requests.
