the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's July 3,1979 " Order for Filing of Amended and Supplemented Requests for and Notice of Prehearing Conference".
I am also enc'osing the following documents, which should prove helpful in structuring any participation you might choose to undertake in this proceeding:
1.
the Commission's orders of Pay 7 and June 21, 1979; 2.
June 22,1979 order establishing an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to rule on requests for a hearing and to preside over any proceeding that may be held; and 3.
10 CFR Part 2 (Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings) and Part 50 (Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities).
Should you desire to attend, a meeting is scheduled between the NRC Staff and all petitioners on July 31,1979 at 10:00 a.m. in the offices of the California Energy Commission,1111 Howe Avenue, Sacramento. We hope that the prties will be able at that meeting to exchange views as to future proceedures and schedules for this proceeding.
