This is the report for July, 1979, on the discovery status of Central and South West Corporation et al. ("CSW").
During the month, Central Power and Light Company
(" CPL" ) sent all remaining documents requested by the Depart-ment of Justice which were made available to other parties.
CPL also sent documents to Houston Lighting and Power Company ("HLP") in compliance with HLP's First Inter-rogatories and Requests for Production of Documents.
In addition, attorneys for CPL participated in the depositions of Robert Gross,.N. C. Lerner, William Scott, Carl Stover, Maynard Human, and R.
Parks.
