INSPECTION ON JULY 17, 1979 This refers to the inspection by Mr. B. O'Neill of this office on July 17, 1979, at your facility in Pittsbu_rgh, Pennsylvania.
The inspection related to an examination of your facility, concerning the planned initiation of activities involving licensed materials, and a review of the anticipated workload of your program.
From the discussion conducted during the inspection, it is our understanding that you will notify this office when you initiate activities involving licensed materials.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Pr ictice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
