Enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9033, Revision No. 3, for the Models Nos. 660 and 660E packages. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9033, Revision No. 2, dated February 1,1979.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines.in the margin.
Those on the atthched list have been registered as users of these packages under the general license provisions of Paragraph 71.12(b) of 10 CFR Part 71 or 49 CFR 5173.393a.
All registered users of these packages were notified by letter dated June 18, 1979 that Certificate of Compliance No. 9033, Revision No. 2, for the Models Nos.
660 and 660E expires on December 31, 1979.
Therefore, only those users viho request continuation as users of this Certificate by December 31, 1979 will be continued on ou" list of registered users of these packages.
This approval constitutes authority to use these packages for shipment of radio-active material and f6r the packages to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 5173.39::a.
