Paragraph III, Section 3 is modified as follows:
The Delivery Schedule for the deliverable entitled " Abstract System Implementation Plan," as required in Paragraph 3 2.1 cf this contract is revised to read 15 months in lieu of the.8 months specified in the basic contract.
B.
This modification confirms the verbal change order of the Contracting Officer to commence work on the following Statement of Work. The veroal order recognized the potential of incurring overtime costs to assurc the timely performance of this e ffo rt. Accordingly, the verbal change order imposed a ceiling for this effort of $55,000.00, solely for utilization of overtime to accomplish this effort by June 1, 1979. Any overtime costs incurred for this effort shall be considered to fall within the purview of General Provision No. 57, " Payment For Overtime Premiums (FPR l-7.202-29)", specifically Paragraph (a)(ii)(A) thereof.

It was estimated that there were 5,000 documents (100,000 pages) that would require backfitting.
It was further requested that a title list of TMI Docket Dowments be provided to NRC in (.ameia ready copy.
The iMI backfitting effort to produce the 24X microfiche would require the preparation of the documents for photocopying. Therefore, NRC agreed to provide TERA a second Documate II Sttp and Repeat Camera to permit concurrent preparation of 48X microfiche for the video portion of the DCS. This ap-provch negated the need to reprocess the 1MI documents for the DCS.
C. As a result of this change, and to correct an administrative error in Modification One, Section 6 is changed as follows:
Section 6 - Pricing Schedule, Page 6-12, Paragraph C(3) is changed by deleting the figure $5,/60,158 and adding the figure $6;044,864.10.
This reflects an increase of $55,000.00 for this Modification Three and an increase of $229,706.10 from Modification One.
fhe latter figure had bcen added to the contract ceiling but was not' included in Section 6 of the contract.
- 4. Accordingly, the following changes occur:

Section 2 - Special Provisions, Page 2-2, Article III, Paragraph A is modified by deleting the figure"$10,156,769.10" and substituting the figurc "$10,211,769.10."
2.
Section 2, Special Provisions, Page 2-2 Article III, Paragraph B is modified by deleting the figure "$9,31b,000.00" and substituting the figure "$9,370,000.00."
E. If this change causes an increase or decrease h the estimated cost of, or the time required for the performance of $1y part of the work of this contract, whether changed or not changed by this order, or otherwise affects any other provisions of this contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made:
(i) in the estimated cost or delivery schedule, or both; (ii) in the amount of fixed fet to be paid to the contractor; and (iii) in such other provisions of the contrrct as may be affected, and the contruc i. shall be modified in writing accordingly.
Any clain, for adjustinent must be asserted within thirty (30) days from the datt of receipt by th contractor of this notification of change.
