Dear Mr. Reyno'ds:

Amendtent Number 18 amending License Number 46-13536-01 in its entirety is enclosed.

We have taken advantage of this administrative amendment to consolidate the active amendments to your license into a single document. Some minor changes have been made in the process, but the only substantive change was the addition of a spacing requirement for trucks in interim stcrage in Condition 14. This addition was discussed with J. Stewart Corbett on August 7,1979.

Sincerely,

/>
