Dear Mr. Ritter:
This is in response to your letter dated August 22, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all reports, documents, and correspondence pertaining to an incident at Rochester, Gas and Electric Corporation's Ginna nuclear power plant in 1973-1974 involving workers who were allegedly overexposed to radiation.
The NRC maintains a Local Public Document Room (LPDR) at the Rochester Public Library, Business and Social Science Division,115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY.
Ihe information you are seeking, is contained in F0IA file 79-307 in the LPDR and is available for public inspection and copying. l'he enclosed Appendix A identifies those records subject to your request.
