This is in response to your letter dated August 20, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a Commission report of over-radiation of workers in 1974 at Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation's Ginna plant.

The oocuments listed in Appendix A are already publicly available for inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.

The NRC has also established a Local Public Document Room (LPDR) at the Rochester Public Library, Business and Social Science Division, 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY, the purpose of which is to provide a local source of access to publicly available records relating to the R. E. Ginna facility.

The documents subject to your request are in a Freedom of Information Act file under the name of Edward H. Fox (F01A-79-307).
