The Beard of Supervisors of Howberry*Townchip, Ycrk County, Penncylvania at its necting of June 19, 1979 voted unanimously to strenuously oppose the reactivating of Three Mile Icland Unita One and/or Two until such time ac:

(1)

A workablo evacuation plan is established for the area and a copy of the plan is distributed to all residences, schools and industrica of Newberry Township.

(2) ist least fivo (5) civil defence cirene be purchased for the township and set up at strategic points throughout the townchip to alert citicona in case of any energency.
