This is in response to your letter of August 31, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents relating to accidents at the Y-12 facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.'

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has no documents on this subject. I suggest you write to the Department of Energy, which has assumed responsibility for the Atomic Energy Commission records dealing with the Y-12 facility.
