Dear Mr. Hansell:
This will confirm our meeting scheduled for August 29,1979, at 10:00 A.M.
at your office to discuss the contentions the State of Illinois has proposed in this proceeding.
As indicated during our recent phone conversation, I will be accompanied by Mr. Stuart Treby and Mr. Fleming Empson, the Staff's Safety Project Manager responsible for the review of the GE application.
In addition, it is expected that counsel for GE, Mr. Ronald W. Szwajkowski and Mr. Edward Firestone, accompanied by Mr. David Dawson of GE, will attend our n:seeting.
As I stated in our conversation, another meeting may be required in our ef forts to reach an agreement on contentions and we agreed that September 18 or 19,1979, would be convenient dates to hold that meeting.
During raur meeting on August 29, we can further discuss this schedule.
