Dear Mr. Denton:

The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company on behalf of it-self and as agent for the Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company hereby submits eight copies of Revision 7 to the Industrial Security Plan (ISP) for the Wm. H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station - Unit 1. This submittal constitutes Amendment 98 to the Application and is in response to the July 13, 1979 NRC comments. Revised pages should be inserted as indicated in the enclosed instruction sheet. As the Industrial Security Plan is proprietary, we request that it be withheld from public disclosure.

THOSE PARTIES RECEIVING COPIES OF THE SECURITY PLAN MATERIAL ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE SIGN, DATE, AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTROLLED DOCUMENT RECEIPT FORM ALONG WITH THOSE PAGES REMOVED FROM THE ISP.
