Dear Mr. Keppler:

Reference (a) also requested additional time for the fabricator to review his records and compile lists of affected piping and for Ccm:monwealth Edison to formulate a program for examination of any affected piping.

Commonwealth Edison Mr. James G. Keppler: August 10, 1979 Due to unforeseen delays in initiating the record review and the complexity of the review, the fabricator is just now compiling the affected piping lists.

Once complete, Commonwealth Edison will expeditiously review the list and formulate a pipe examination program.

Thus, additional time will be required to complete the required action of the Bulletin.

However, Commonwealth Edison will submit a status of the findings to date and a revised completion dated by September 7, 1979.

Please address any questions that you may have concerning this matter to this office.

Very truly yours,

).b Cordell Re Assistant Vice-President cc:
