South Texas Project Unit 1 & 2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 IE Bulletins Nos. 78-12, 12A, and 12B Sulletins Nos. 78-12, 12A, and 128, received October 2, 1978, fiovember 27, 1978, and March 22, 1979, respectively, have been reviewed by Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL&P).
The informa-tion requested by the Bulletins was compiled by Combustion Engineer-ing, Inc. (CE), and was submitted to the NRC on June 8, 1979, in a generic report entitled " Atypical Weld Material in Reactor Pressure Vessel Welds". The documentation procedures used by CE in compiling the report have been reviewed by HL&P personnel, and HL&P has concluded that the information required that is pertinent to the South Texas Project reactor pressure vessels has been in-cluded in the report.
