Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
Reference 1 forwarded for action IE Bulletin No. 79-03 concerning ASME SA-312 type 304 fusion welded stainless steel pipe spools nanufactured by Youngstown Welding and Engineering Company. Reference 2 provided an interim response to this Bul.letin addressing the data developed generically for all the SNUPPS Plants and committing to a second interim response to address the Wolf Creek Constructor procurred pipe spools.
Daniel International, the Wolf Creek Constructor, has purchased no ASME SA-312 type 304 fusion welded stainless steel pipe spools which were manufactured by or originated from Younostown Welding and Engineering Company.
