AECM-79/92 On April 18, 1979, Mississippi Power & Light Company notified Mr. J. K. Rausch of your office of a potential reportable deficiency at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station construction site concerning elbow fittings with incorrect carbon content.
The investigation has not been completed to determine the location of the elbows and the subsequent evaluation of the consequences had such a condition remained undetected. Therefore, our final report and deter-mination of reportability will be provided to you by November 30, 1979.
