In our review as' described in'the enclosed Environmental Igact Appraisal (EIA) we have determined that in addition to the licensee's proposed change we can relyr.on the permit for discharge limits.and monitoring for both suspended solids and.pH. The licensee has agreed to-these modifications.
We have reviewed the.11cansee's request 'and.have : evaluated the ' potential for
. environmental.ispact. of plant. operation under. the proposed ETS changes. We i
- find that significant a.dverse effects -on the environment in the vicinity of the Peach' Bottom Station will not. occur as a result of these ETS changes.
